Corn Soup with Chicken Ball and Carrots *)

Ingredients:

Chicken balls:
200 g minced chicken meat
1 tablespoon milk powder
2 tablespoons flour
1 egg yolk
½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
50 g carrots, finely crushed

Gravy:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
20 g onions, finely chopped
750 ml chicken stock
150 g of sweet corn seeds, finely crushed
50 g carrots, small slices of length
½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt


 

How to make:

Chicken balls:
     Mix all ingredients together.
     Form the dough into small balls.
     Boiled or steamed until cooked. Drain.

Gravy:
     Saute garlic and onion until wilted.
     Pour the broth, bring to a boil.
     Enter the corn, carrots and chicken balls and spices.
     Simmer until vegetables are tender. Lift.
     Serve warm.
